Community Health courses
We have lots of courses that will help with your health and well-being, but there are specific sessions on mindfulness and sessions that let you find out and discuss a range of health-related topics and how to look after yourself. You may wish to try one of these sessions before committing to study on the Care Academy.
Why not combine it with a bit of yoga? You will find this in the sport and leisure section.
