NCL goes cashless

You will no longer be able to pay for courses or ID badges using cash, and will need to use card or mobile payments.

Card and mobile payments are typically faster than handling physical notes and coins, reducing queue times, and leaving a digital trail, which can make it easier for us to track income and reconcile transactions, and for our customers to have a record of their expenditure.

Going cashless is also more efficient for us, and reduces risk.

We will be updating our learner handbook and policies to reflect this change.
