Training your existing staff

The Apprenticeship Levy is used to train your new employee; are you aware that the levy can also be used to train, develop and upskill your existing staff. This provides an opportunity to continue skills development to employees, increasing productivity, motivation and retention.

 

The off the job element of the apprenticeship requires the staff member to undertake training outside of the workplace.  This takes place at Westgate College.   We will work with you as the employer, the apprentice and one of our experienced team to create a training plan, covering the skills required to complete the programme, including the End Point Assessment.
