Our performance data


In the FE Choices national survey 94% of our learners would recommend us to a friend, compared to 86.5% nationally! With our outcomes-based success measures

  • 96% of our apprentices have gone into sustained employment
  • 80% of our skills learners have a sustained positive destination (into either learning or employment)
  • 100% of our learners under 19% of age have a sustained positive destination (into either learning or employment)

Adult (19+)

 

Performance was strong last year despite all the challenges of COVID-19

Retention stood at 90% 
Pass rate stood at 95.5%

So a high majority of those adults who stayed to the end of their courses last year achieved their qualifications.

This gave us an overall achievement rate of 86%.

 

Apprenticeships

 

Our achievement rate on our apprenticeship programme remained high at 76%.
The team worked tirelessly to provide support to both the apprentice and employer during the pandemic to ensure the majority of our apprentices still completed their programme successfully

Overall we retained 89% of our learners
92% of our learners passed their planned qualifications

 

Service wide

 

Our overall achievement rate across the service was 82%
