Key Performance Indicators

We use key performance indicators (pdf, 40KB) and measure our results over the current year and the three years before that. We also have targets to improve our performance and we monitor our progress throughout the year. This information also goes to the Governing Body.

They report directly to Parliament and are independent and impartial. They inspect and regulate services that provide education and skills.
